Three Signs to Spot Change in Your Life

Three Signs to Spot Change in Your Life

Signs You are Ready to Change!! We live in a period of great change. Daily we hear of endings and beginnings – births, deaths, marriages, divorces, new business start-ups, products, jobs, opportunities. The list is endless. It’s important to learn “the signals” for change, so that we can cooperate with the movement of life, rather than lag behind confused.

To be in charge of your life, you must accept responsibility for the changes you are making. Change is good. It is the order of the Universe and each adjustment signifies a desire for something more for those involved in the change.

Growth is never static. As with the progression of the seasons, there are also seasons in life. Objectivity allows us to recognize this movement as non-threatening and progressive.

Your process of change can be spotted by specific signs:

1) Tiredness and restlessness (mental or physical pacing), typified by yawning, sighing, desire to move to “bigger” facilities or experiences. Requirement for more space. Symbolizing the need for greater opportunity, stimulation and challenge. (It’s time to grow.)

2) An over-critical or irritable attitude toward self, others, or experiences signifies desire for change. It is a literal need to push out and rid yourself of old ways to make room for the new.

3) Boredom means you’ve completed, used up, your present experience. You’ve drained it dry. Time to seek greater self-expression. Recognition that change happens naturally because something inside of you is ready for it. That makes the adjustment easier. Your subconscious mind (inner self) is dutifully closing down the old to make way for the new, leading you on to something greater. Don’t resist or hold back. Happiness results by cooperating with change.

If you look for the progressive aspect of your experience, you will find it. Each fresh opportunity provides fertile ground for developing new skills. Moving forward is either frightening, or an exciting adventure. Learning to flow with life builds self-trust, freedom and joy!
